It’s not often I discover a cover song that is almost, as good, or better than the original. A great example is what Jeff Buckley did with Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”. That was a brilliant cover!
Well Tears for Fears surprised fans this week with their first new song in almost a decade and it was an Arcade Fire cover! To jumpstart the process of recording new material, they decided to get their creative juices flowing by recording Arcade Fire’s “Ready to Start”. They definitely made it their own!
